Dear Zach,
Today we got up early and made it to the parade right here in town. Daddy and I haven’t been to this parade before so we didn’t know what to expect. We were surprised to find that it is a really great parade! The Shriner’s Auditorium is in the same town so you can imagine just how many cool shriners we saw today! You particularly enjoyed the little miniature trucks!
You saw clowns, and cars, and trucks, and heard riffles and got flags from the boyscouts and heard the school bands and the shriners bands. All in all it was a pretty neat sight to see!
After the parade you took a nap and when you got up we headed over to Auntie Kristen and Uncle Joe’s house for their annual cookout. You enjoyed spending time in the pool and playing with Remy.
We look forward to many more holidays like this one! So much fun!
Love Always,
Mom
