Dear Zach,
Today we went to Richardson’s in Middleton to get some ice cream and see the cows. Richardson’s has changed a lot over the years. Mommy used to go there when she was little but back then it was just cows and ice cream. Now there is a driving range, mini golf, batting cages and of course, cows and ice cream. We look forward to taking you back there when you can actually enjoy some ice cream yourself.
