Dear Zach,
Today we went to a boyscout meeting because Grandpa was getting recognition for being with the boyscouts so long and doing so much for them. Grandpa didn’t know we would be there so we rushed in just as they were announcing his award. He says he knew he was getting the award but we still surprised him by being there!

After the ceremony Grandpa came and snatched you up. Even though the Boyscouts just now realize how awesome he is, we’re pretty sure you’ve always known it.
